While working on the project, the Ghost begins gradually to realize, that the death of his predesessor wasn’t accidental, and that he had found out something, tarnishing Lang’s reputation and thus had been doomed to death and murdered. All spheres of the Prime Minister’s life are under suspect now, as all of them, whether it be a political, sexual or literary aspect of Lang’s life – are full of betrayal and deception. The Ghost thinks he has discovered the connection of the Prime Minister with the CIA, involved in dirty business, and this information is hidden between the pages of memoirs.
