There is fine life, benevolent and affable people in small town Ogden Marsh. But, as always, the calmness and happiness is suddenly broken. Sheriff David Dutton understands nothing. Why one of townspeople has locked his wife and the son in a toilet, and then arson the house? And why another man has charged a gun and has come on school baseball game to kill? And in general, why about half of inhabitants so are aggressive and constantly attack the neighbours? What has occurred to quiet small town?
It has appeared that there was something awful and irreparable. Over Ogden Marsh the plane which transported the biological weapon onboard flew by. As a result of wreck of this plane the toxic substance has got to potable water in a town. Infection occurs very quickly, in few days many citizens of Ogden Marsh were ill. Aggression of inhabitants increases with each hour. Fights, robberies, murders and extreme accidents cover whole small town.
The government does not interfere and makes the order to isolate city Ogden Marsh. Do not let out anybody, even the people healthy and not infected with a terrible virus. The townspeople have nowhere to wait for help…
